STEEL-PLASTIC COMPOSITE TAPE (EGE)
EGE is based on chromium-plated steel tape with copolymerization or polytene coated. Its surface is best EMAA. So compared with common PE tape, its advantages are low cohesive temperature and high adhesive property. It could decrease the working temperature and airflow of hot air gun, and also could avoid using hot air gun. Surface of composite tape is smooth, no wrinkle, no oxidation spot and rewinding edge smooth. It has been the important armor material of optic cables. The coating has an advantage of water-proof which could avoid the moisture of erosion of cable core.
